Welcome to DAPA

For a number of reasons, mainstream education does not work for all – but it is our firm belief that everyone should have access to high quality education regardless of the setting.

The Diverse Alternative Provision Academy (DAPA) – a proposed new free school for Nottinghamshire and the surrounding area – reflects our relentless drive to ensure all children and young people become determined, successful and well-qualified adults.

DAPA will operate in a number of locations across the region, offering student places from key stage 1 through to key stage 5.

We are currently seeking wave 13 approval with the Department for Education, with a view to opening in September 2018, and are inviting commissioners to support our free school application. Read more
